The Legend of The Scene Zine:

The Scene Zine began in 1996. Marcus Couch and his company Vision Entertainment created the show as a platform to promote over 400 bands working under the Vision Entertainment banner.

Starting in 1997, The Scene Zine was a monthly CD compilation containing the hottest new music in the midwest. These CDs were distributed in hundreds of retail stores including Tower, Best Buy, and Sam Goody. Marcus served as host, talent coordinator, sound engineer, and even burned, labeled, and inserted flyers into over 3,000 CDs a month. Marcus worked with bands that went on to perform at Ozzfest and the Warped Tour.

The Scene Zine is now a weekly podcast. With the platform of podcasting, Marcus is able to share his music industry talent to thousands of new fans, digging up the best independent hard rock and heavy metal music on the planet.

How did i miss this one?

WOW!!! what an amazing show, play this show while driving, playing first person shooters, or ignoring the wife!

Every track was perfect on my first listen, and then the listen asfter that.....
